Duties: Marshalling in Aircraft, performing walkarounds of aircraft making sure there is no damage done before next takeoff.
Unloading and loading baggage, freight, human remains, firearms, domestic animals, exotic animals, radioactive, and dry ice
material. Service all aircraft for potable water, lavatory waste, pre conditioned air, and cleaning and searching of plane cabin. At the
end of plane service and loading, push out aircraft to the runway before takeoff. At night for the remaining overnight aircraft, or
(RONS), had to clean and search all aircraft.

Duties: Marshall in aircraft, unload and load baggage, freight, firearms, dry ice products, and domestic animals. Also serviced
aircraft for pre conditioned air, lavatory waste, and potable water upon request of the captain. Also cleaned and searched aircraft.
Supervise all ramp agents working on aircraft during operation. Keeping an eye on all agents performing all job duties and functions
safely and efficiently throughout the operations. Assisting employees with questions on the ramp or how to perform job duties. Also
take job observations for the company and submit observations into the computer for safety and performance of operation. At the
end of flight provide debriefing to all agents on what corrections needed to be made on the next flight. Also fill out proper documents
each day for certain job duties if needed to do so and what the shift consisted of. Also provide shift reports via email to all
management of what the shift consisted of.
Added note: Each night had to tow an aircraft over 500 yards because there was no available gateway for the aircraft for the night.

Duties: Teach new hires how to perform all ramp duties provided by the ground support/airline carrier. Also teach them general
familiarization on all aircraft they will be servicing and working on. All teaching at this level is hands-on. Teaching process is to
explain to them how to perform the duty, Show them how to perform the duty, have them perform the duty, and review the duty. All
operation duties are taught this way and have shown to be effective. Also taught employees how to drive ramp vehicles, and all the
functions the vehicle can do when being used. Taught them all rules and safety regulations when driving on the ramp. Taught
employees how to pushback aircraft with jet tug when they have shown well performance throughout their employment.

are given a learners guide, after all computer training is done. Complete all general familiarization on all aircraft and sign off on all
basic ramp duties for new hires via paper documents. Turn in all sign off documents to the station manager for Delta Airlines to input
electronically.

Duties: Coordinate all fellow trainers on what training needs to be done and electronically input into all agents training transcripts,
depending on what month we were in or what quarter our station was in of the year. What agents needed retraining of what certain
job duty. Duty as a coordinator I had to electronically load all basic training material for all new hires brought into the station. Also
escort new hires before they receive their badge. Assist new hires with guidance on the computer to complete basic training. Then
complete on the job training with hands on on all the equipment the new hire will be operating. Teach them the safe practices to
perform when operating around all aircraft and what to avoid and do in certain situations. How to marshall, load, unload, operate
ground service equipment, operate certain aircraft.etc. Another duty I had was going into all new hires and current employees'
transcripts electronically and signing them off on what job duties they were taught and ready to perform on their own. Remind all
agents how all job duties need to be done safely and correctly via the RGOM the main operations manual for United Airlines. Also
had to update training compliance binder that consisted of all names and numbers of all current employees and their paper
transcripts. What they were able and allowed to perform on the ramp and what they could not perform on the ramp. Also on who
was compliant and up to date with their training and who was not. Traveled during employment to certain cities for training where
was told to go to learn more and move up in the company.

Duties: Unload and load aircraft with ULD containers containing freight. Unload truck trailers with ULD containers and weigh them on
CSP platform and help pull and send containers down to tug with ULD holders or up to aircraft by CSP platform. Main job duty is
pushback driver for aircraft when finished loading and ready for takeoff.
