Edgar Najera

Hi! My name is Edgar, I’m originally from Mexico, but I was raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I’m currently living in my hometown Hermosillo, Sonora. I’m a professional in social media management and content creation. I studied and graduated from Mass Communications Studies & Journalism. I’ve volunteered and worked in digital agencies and done freelance work. I’ve also worked in call centers for over 5 years, doing customer service, sales, customer support, I’ve also resolved tickets for customers’ issues, answered emails, and chats.

I am very passionate, about marketing, I love solving problems, and helping businesses grow, and get their brand to the next level. I am creative, authentic. I like to communicate effectively, using the proper keywords to attract and get attention from the audience, then turn it into a desire or a need, so it can be a sale.

I have experience managing social media accounts, content creation, copywriting, photo editing, video editing, and some graphic design experience.
