As an account manager, the responsibilities included analyzing
sales data to provide reports on how each retail store performs,
while also providing excellent customer service to each
account.
● Developed an excel template for the department in
order to minimize work time and capture data to
generate a report.
● Tested my company’s first online store, my input to
this project was crucial because my role allowed me to
see the customers point of view, which helped the
design part of the website appeal to the consumer. This
allowed our website to produce about 2.3 million dollars
a year.
● Earned my manager’s trust by completing specific
assignments on time, thus leveling up within my
department for the past five years.

project as well as Tailwind in order to keep the same
consistency throughout the application.
