Eden M. Sibug

I am graduate of a 2 year course Computer Programming. I had my first bpo experience on October 2013 in IBM Phil's wherein the account I was working to had been absorbed by Concentrix by the year 2015. I resigned after giving birth with my first child. Then I resumed working as a bpo agent in Alorica on July 30 2018 until March 6, 2021. I worked there as a Customer Service Representative for both financial and retail account.

I am a mother of 3boys now, my eldest is 6 years old who is stepping into Grade 1;next is a 5years old, kinder;and lastly I have my 1year old youngest child. and I am looking forward working at home for good. First because, I have to pay attention on my children's module since 2 of my kids are now studying. Second, commuting back and forth from work to home riding a public transportation is way too dangerous now a days.

Lastly, I want to earn higher to make both ends met.

I just got my desktop and a 35 Mbps internet connection.

I am expert in providing detailed instructions, doing researches and dealing with difficult customers.
