Hi I'm Eden Grace, your versatile Virtual Assistant at your service. I graduated Business Administration major in Financial Management in a prestigious University here in Batangas. And as a graduate of Financial Management I used to be working in Banks or other related Accounting firm which was my dream before but unfortunately it doesn't happened. But my life doesn't stop here though I'm out of my line, I met this company where I'm working for 9 years and 3 months . I've been in rack-in-file position before I achieved the position I am right now. My company was a Drug Retailing company here in Philippines and the most leading drugstore here. My previous job was Cashier- Pharmacy Assistant then promoted as General Clerk which been in the back office support. Being a General Clerk was a challenging role, and it said to be the back bone of an organization where all the administrative task, email management, creating purchase orders, checking of deliveries are my key roles. And after 1 year of being a General Clerk I was promoted as Assistant Branch Manager and for me being in a seniority level was a privilege, not everyone is giving the chance but my lucky I'm one of those. Being a Assistant Branch Manager puts me some pressure because I'm the one who manages staffs and over- seeing the day-to-day operation of the branch, doing monthly reports and taking other responsibilities in the absence of my manager. I'm also handling customer complains, I faced different types of customers everyday. And I'm proud to myself that I ended up our conversation in a good way and resolving their complains. I'm also scheduling and do some hiring process.
All of those above mention responsibilities was tested my ability to be an efficient private worker, thus I want to have transition in my career path which I want to work from home where I can give more time to my family and work in my flexible hours.
