About

I was working in a BPO company for 6 years and 10 months prior to my pregnancy. Hence, looking for a home-base jobs where I can take care of my baby and at the same time earn penny for living. At first, I've been a Data Entry Specialist of a billing process of an outsourced freight company in US for about a year and half. I've been consistently in the top 5 incentive holders of production in our team due to higher speed with less error on data entry. The required production then was 120 bill of ladings with 95% accuracy daily. With much dedication and passion to my job, I finished 280-350 bills per day with 98% accuracy. I was keen on details and can easily follow instructions that helped me avoid committing errors. Later on, in the same company, I was promoted in the Project Coordinator position by which my main task is to communicate with our clients through email and chat on daily production concerns such as technical issues, errors, updates on instructions, TA’s, etc. It was a stressful environment as we have to hit our daily cut-off time having a TA of 2 hours by the time all files are sent and that, I have to ensure to our client that production should be finished prior or on cut-off by providing her calculations and ETA whenever encountering technical or weather issues and at the same time, staff accordingly with team supervisors. With regards to errors and technical issues, it was my duty to investigate on the cause and provide solutions to avoid recurring same scenarios in the future. As for the updates on instructions, I was working with my team especially the Quality Control in order to avoid costly errors in billing. Also, I have to work with the team supervisor or leader with regards to manpower in order for us to staff accordingly during peak and lean seasons. I also worked in hand with our Team Managers in US and here in the Philippines in order to come up with solutions on long term issues. When I moved here in Manila, in the same company, I was given additional four accounts to handle as my managers trusted me on my capacities. It was always on my mind-setting to attend promptly to client’s queries, provide satisfactory answers, and be kind in order to gain his/her trust.
