I am Edelyn, an executive virtual assistant. I’ve been a virtual assistant for over 3 years now, from recommended direct clients (local) and through linked-in clients (US & Germany.

In my pursuit of new creative endeavors, I found the oppurtunity to explore the freelance/VA world. As a progressive individual with virtual assistant & customer service experience, I believe that I can bring valuable contributions to clients.

Identifying innovative approaches and improved solutions to business challenges both motivate and drive me. Observation, inspiration, and determination are my foundation for success. My philosophy is that introducing fresh perspectives and new techniques allow businesses to evolve and grow.

These are the things that I usually do: Inbox management, calendar management, social media management, content creation, data entry, lead generation. I also once handled the social media accounts of Ananda Marga Yoga Wellness Center Cebu, which increased their weekly engagement from scratch to thousands. Right now, I am handling the social media account for Vasquez Technologies (B2C).

Formerly in my Customer Service Representative role, my successes have stemmed from essential skills, including product sales and customer care. I have enhanced my innovation abilities and cultivated a reputation as a major contributor through customer service. I am a collaborative team player who is always searching for opportunities to impart valuable insights. With these qualities, I am able to facilitate positive change and impacting outcomes.
