The family partnered with a private equity that interested in investing in the company for 42% of ownership with specific target valuation and exit schedule. The following summarises my responsibilities: Finance Division • Create Financial Projection for company for five to ten year • Manage expectation as well as performance from our shareholder. Private Equity partner expects valuation to double in five years from $10 million to $20 million • Develop a feasibility study for future investments to follow customers demand. Revenue due to increase of demand triple in 10 years from $20 million to $70 million • Raise new capital by way of adding new capital for capacity expansion to manage increase demand. Manufacturing • Manage corporation to obtain certification from International Standard Organisation for Technical Specification (TS) 16949 which is focusing on automotive component manufacturing process • Manage corporation to obtain certification for ISO 14001 which is focusing on Environmental and Safety Hazard in manufacturing as expected by our customers to maintain quality and minimise litigation • Manage internal audit as well as external audit for maintaining those already obtained certification of International Standard Organisation (ISO) for ISO 9001, TS 16949, and ISO 14001 • Developed a project to optimize workflow to increase productivity and efficiency while maintaining ISO standards by building a Warehouse for buffer inventory to ensure efficient workflow and increase annual performance Information Technology • Company Profile maintenance • Managing Server • Managing Website • Building of an intranet system for production necessities on factory floor as part of company development project to increase productivity and efficiency. Includes relational database design, and user interface and implementation on field Human Resource Department • Building an Employee Rating system in cooperation with existing Labour Union to create a system in which performance of each employee is monitored by management for production quality improvement, as well as grading, positioning, and remuneration • Develop an IT system for this specific task with IT team
