I'm a highschool graduate but I do have experience working in Call Centers, both inbound and outbound. For inbound , I have been with Teletech and I handled United Healthcare account. For outbound I've been with Secure Homes Solutions as a Real Estate Cold Caller. Been with the company for 1 Year and 2 months. I'f I will be given a chance to get hired, I assure you that I'm going to contribute the techniques that I have learned from my previous Cold Calling job experience.
