I have worked in the Call Center Industry for Almost three years as an Administrative Assistant and my latest employer I work as an Admin/Leasing Assistant at Venvi Development Corporation for almost two years and 6 months. I am adept at working with people who have different personalities. I am a friendly and compassionate person who has the skills and personality to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors in our office. I also think quickly and can change direction when needed. In addition, I have also experience with making payroll. My error rate when it comes to accurate filing is constantly below 1% in year-over-year audits.
In my last positions at Venvi Development Corporation, I contributed to the success of the Admin by scheduling clients’ appointments, coordinating meetings, scheduling procedures, proofreading marketing materials, and verifying all the incoming documents that I handled or the report of my colleagues. And for my Leasing position, I am the one who acts as a landlord for property owners and helps them navigate the property market, confirming rental applications data and billings, and negotiating leasing terms and conditions.
And After quitting my latest job I joined the Philippine Navy Reservist training last November 2021.
