I’m a people-first change leader who blends structure with creativity to make transformation actually stick. As a Prosci-certified change manager and certified coach, I bring both discipline and empathy to the table—helping organizations navigate complexity while keeping humans at the center of every decision.

My background spans project and people management, with a consistent thread: turning ambiguity into momentum. I’m known for stepping into evolving environments, quickly seeing what’s not working, and designing practical, innovative solutions that teams can rally around. Whether it’s launching new initiatives, improving adoption, or aligning stakeholders, I focus on outcomes that are both measurable and meaningful.

I also bring an entrepreneurial mindset—I don’t just execute, I build. I’m energized by creating new ideas, connecting dots others might miss, and challenging the status quo when needed. At the same time, I’m deeply collaborative. I believe the best results come from engaged, empowered people, and I naturally foster trust, clarity, and shared ownership across teams.
