I have 9 years experience as Executive Assistance to a CEO. My tasks include employer-employee relations, mitigation, resolving labor and employment issues as well as compensation and benefits. While I mostly perform Human Resource roles, my primary set of tasks as an executive assitant is to plan the CEO's timeline of activities. I thoroughly check and ssure that he doe not end heated at the end of the day. His emails should be polished and perfectly managed. While the CEO prefers his personal life untouched, I make sure that he gets the most valuable time for his personal life.
