I am a proactive and reliable IT support technician with 8 years of experience working with a wide range of hardware and software technologies. I have the proven ability to give high quality support to internal staff and customers globally remotely via phone and email within a help desk environment.
As well as technical skills, my biggest strengths are problem solving, time management and communication. My strong academic career shows I can learn and it’s something I love to do! I have a BSc (Hons.) Information & Communications Technology as well as MTA and BCS certifications.
