Business Analyst | MC Telecoms, Toronto March 2017 – Dec 2017 Project 1: Upgrade of a billing and inventory management system, ecommerce integration module to meet business needs, application to automate billing and ordering of inventory based on their clients’ needs.  The business need was to enable customer-facing members of staff to remotely access customer profiles, service management tools and contact customers in a secure manner due to public health concerns. Traditionally, these transaction types could only be executed at the store/warehouse. The project involved 2 Project teams consisting 6 members each. Stakeholders were identified and stakeholder analysis performed to identify various functions and users. My major contribution was to facilitate workshops (in person and remotely) to accurately capture and create document customer / user needs i.e secure remote user access, necessary applications, minimum device 2 specifications, process /system flows, and end to end requirements as detailed user stories which included key areas i.e happy path experiences, alternate/error flows. I also participated in hybrid methodology planning and user acceptance testing and organized training for end users who in turn trained customers. Project 2: Retail Transformation Program - Upgrade of ecommerce system platform, Account opening/maintenance and Domestic Customer On-boarding (Phase 1, 2, and 3 completed)  The business need was to migrate some on-site legacy functions in phases to enhance remote services to ensure minimal on-site customers’ interaction, save customers on inconvenience and adhere to public safety provisions while meeting regulatory requirements. I analyzed the Current State and the Future State, conducted GAP analysis and validated the user requirement and the proposed solutions with all stakeholders. I collaborated closely with the DevOps team using JIRA to create and share user stories. Project scope was completed on-time and within budget. Business Analyst | National Bank, Toronto Feb 2015 – Feb 2017 Project: Project: Redesign of High Interest Saving Account, Account Selection Tool and Funds Transfer Services of National Bank, including other enhancement projects including Online and Mobile Customer Banking Solutions Services.  The business need was to redesign client’s online web applications to enhance end-users to seamlessly self-serve. Customers had to call in and send e-mails for many requests which took a longer turn around time and wait times over the phone. I worked closely with 3rd party Technology vendors to communicate business requirements and ensure alignment with the development plans. I documented process flows, prepared UAT documentation and I collaborated with the Quality Assurance team by providing input into the test strategy, test scenarios, test cases and supported user validation to obtain sign off from senior management and successfully launched the upgraded version. I also monitored the results for all testing throughout the project and co-developed procedures to support the new application. Clients’ expectation was surpassed and placed my employers on a retainer to carry out process improvement for other units.
