I am tech savvy and I can easily be trained to. I can adapt into an environment as soon as I get to learn the responsibilities that I will be doing. I am also keen into utilizing online resources. I was a Technical Support Specialist for almost 3 years. My responsibilities were to assist the customer to solve their issues, creating and sending repair tickets to the technician, and most importantly helping out customers troubleshoot their landline phone by giving them clear and accurate instructions leaving the customer happy and satisfied before the end of the call.

I had a two-year contract in UAE ,Dubai as a restaurant manager. I worked all around from operations to administrative works. I handled the opening of the restaurant , making daily/weekly/monthly sales report, inventory of stocks , managing stocks, orders and purchasing , staffs records (attendance and performance) , processing/renewing licenses for both staffs and the restaurant, managing cash and deposits. I also handled the training and assessments for new hires. Indeed, it was a fulfilling experience since I got to learn so many things and helped me unleashed my potentials and I was able to think on different perspectives outside of my comfort zone.

Now, I am back here in the Philippines and currently working as a content moderator where I have a thorough knowledge on the Policy Guidelines on some social media platforms. I review posts and make sure it is in line to the community standards set by a specific social media platform, if found out violating a certain policy, it is subject for removal of posts. If given the chance, I will be of help in your company reviewing whatever business related you post in your social media and to avoid it being taken down.

If you choose to work with me, I am available for 5 hours a day or 5 days a week. I can also adjust my time for the job that I will be handling and also to your budget.
