a) Develop, maintain and update the geological report database of the Geosciences
Division;
b) Assist in the digitization and lay-outing of the geohazard maps;
c) Update and manage the geological and geohazard spatial database;
d) Initially prepares geohazard certifications and maps;
e) Assist in the conduct of the geohazard mapping and assessment activities and
IEC campaigns;
f) Assist in the conduct of geological investigations and assessments;
g) Digitize office documents of the Geosciences Division;
h) Record and organize the endorsements and certification reports;
i) Assists in the preparation of monthly accomplishment reports;
j) Provide assistance in troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and
software;
k) Responsible for printing jobs that include tarpaulin, maps and others;
l) Prepare necessary documents such as but not limited to advisories, letters to
stakeholders, etc;
m) Travel outside the region to attend trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences
and the like;
n) Coordinates with LGUs in the conduct of IEC, and do other jobs as may be
assigned by the division chief and the Regional Director.
