I am a Customer Service Specialist; may it be in Sales or Service field. I have a wide experience in answering inbound calls and doing outbound calls as well as non-voice communication via email. I was able to handle a team of 18 Customer Service Representative, supervising them on what to do on a daily basis and ensuring that the team is hitting the goal and in line with the business objectives. I was given the chance to be a part of the QA team, monitoring all calls and making sure that representatives are not sacrificing the quality of each call just to comply with the policy. I am answering supervisor calls as well if the need arises.
I consider myself as a Data Entry Expert since way back on my early age, I am already very good in typing complicated words with little-to-less typographical errors. I can manage my time in data entry while doing other equally-important things such as organizing emails and calendars and any other things related to the job. I am great in utilizing GSuite and Microsoft Office and above all, I am open for learning and is willing to learn more just to be one of the best in my field of expertise.
