In my spare time, I enjoy playing the guitar. I feel like my depression lessens every time I play; it's as if I forgot about the world and built my own, which I like so much. I am an introvert, but once I get to know someone, I can make myself at ease.
Throughout my 7 years of working in customer service, I've encountered a wide range of clients, including frustrated customers, those who shout and say something bad about you even though you did not do anything to them yet, and I've grown accustomed to them. It was never easy but I have overcome it.

I always carefully listen to the consumer before explaining how to fix his/her problem or what I'm doing to assist him.
