All my designs are coded to adjust themselves to different device screensizes (something I believe to be incredibly important in this day-and-age). Arranging the annual contract signing, to renew their contract of tenancy. Rent collection. Occasionally dealt with real estate agencies for advice. Self-Employed ESL Tutor (Weekends) December 2017 - February 2019 Duties: Created curriculums, worksheets, and books for students - including translations from Thai to English. Accounting and scheduling of classes. Teach English. Checking through students written English for spelling, grammatical, and other errors common to English Second Language students. Listen for pronunciation and help teach phonetics to help with this. e-Writer Solutions Freelance Editor June 2018 - December 2018 Duties: Check e-books for grammar, spelling and other mistakes. FIx sentence structures. Fix formatting and add in contents pages. Check picture quality (if included in the book). Make sure book has the word-count the client requested. NewAge Game Editor/Script Writer/Graphic Designer (P/T) July 2018 - Present Duties: Edit the English translation of the old Chinese scripts. Write new parts of the scripts for all characters. Ensure consistency along the timelines of all characters. Re-write/add-in any new variations to scripts. Graphic design for clue cards templates - ensuring the dimensions are all accurate for print. Designing (photo-shopping) cards to be printed and used as clues. Designing and creating the script's pages. Achieved: Multiple deadlines met with top quality work. Completed an entire game (Scripts, Cards, Instructional Handbooks) which was printed and is currently being played by friends and colleagues in Singapore. Styra Ltd Remote Customer Service (P/T) November 2018 - Present Duties: Using eBay/Etsy to talk with customers, respond to their message, and help deal with questions and complaints. Refunding customers if necessary, and talking to them about our newest deals. Customising cards within our library of cards in Adobe InDesign to match the customer's specifications. Re-designing cards in Adobe InDesign when necessary. Achieved: Kept the business running smoothly during the Christmas rush, and ensured all the cards where personalised and dispatched in a timely fashion.
