About

I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surat, with a deep interest in manufacturing systems, production planning, and design analysis. My academic journey has been complemented by practical industry exposure through internships at leading companies like Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Energy Solutions Ltd. and Schneider Electric.

During my four-month internship at Thermax, I worked in the Production Planning Department, where I collaborated closely with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams. My role involved interpreting mechanical drawings, preparing Material Requirement Lists (MRLs), and coordinating with procurement to streamline inventory planning. I also contributed to job scheduling and workflow optimization, gaining hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and real-world production challenges. This experience sharpened my planning, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills, which are critical in any manufacturing or engineering setup.

Previously, at Schneider Electric, I focused on the testing and validation of electrical components. I conducted mechanical endurance and force testing while also developing over 30 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various product validation workflows. This experience helped me understand the importance of quality assurance, reliability, and safety standards in industrial components.

Academically, I have explored core subjects like Thermodynamics, Machine Design, and Manufacturing. One of my key academic projects involved the numerical analysis of gas-solid behavior in a fluidized bed reactor using ANSYS and SolidWorks. Through this, I investigated how different distributor plate designs affect structural stability and fluidization dynamics. It not only improved my technical proficiency in simulation tools but also deepened my understanding of reactor design and process engineering.

I bring a balanced mix of technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and strong teamwork capabilities. Whether it's solving complex engineering problems, adapting to dynamic industrial environments, or collaborating across departments, I am committed to continuous learning and delivering high-quality results.

With strong communication skills, a methodical approach, and a genuine interest in optimizing engineering processes, I aim to contribute meaningfully to organizations in the manufacturing, energy, or technology sectors. I am particularly drawn to roles that involve cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and application of simulation tools in design and analysis.
