Bank Standardisation – Project/Programme Manager
The primary objective of the Bank Standardisation Project is to successfully
standardise the Software Application Architecture, Processes, Procedures
and Organisational Structure across all banks in the Group, using Jamaica’s
architecture as the stencil.
Hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Solution– Project

This project aimed to provide a temporary platform to facilitate internal and
external communication.
National Insurance Scheme (NIS) System – Project Manager
The purpose of the system is to streamline the administration of the national
insurance program, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of
benefits, and improved service delivery to contributors and claimants.
As the Project Manager, I led the project from ideation to development,
overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, where we utilised a hybrid
