Project Description:
The entire retail business of Target is running on Windows, UNIX and Mainframe platforms. Stores (online) and Distribution Center systems operate on Unix, AS/400 and Tandem platforms. Major business areas include Merchandise and Planning, Stores and Distribution, Finance and Accounts Payable, Credit and HR &Payroll.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating the activity of fixing system problems for permanent solution (Problem Resolution) and making the system stable.
2. Client Interaction at the technical level of Application Support Issues.
3. Conducting technical /Business training Sessions for new entrants into the project.
4. Status reporting and Co-ordination with Onsite.
Project Description:
Everyday new products will be introduced to the market. These products before going to production have to be tested and approved by the testing team. So requests will be submitted from the client/developer’s side to deploy the new changes to certain testing centers. So our teams makes build for these changes deploy them to testing centers and make sure that the codes are properly installed. After the testing is successful, the changes have to be deployed to production stores and we have to monitor them.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing the Requirement from the client.
2. Preparing test plans, test case and test reports.
3. Participating in the development of product requirement and specifications.
4. Preparing Test cases for module, Integration and system testing.
5. Analyzing the Test Cases prepared by other Team members.

7. Giving mandatory information of a defect to developer in order to fix it.
8. Participating in customer meeting on project status and design reviews.
9. Preparing Lesson learnt document from the previous project testing experience
