Human Resources:
Recruiting Coordinator
Assisted in developing the manpower plan and associated budgets while ensuring compliance with overall Sector guidelines.
Assisted in conducting job analysis and developing/ reviewing (as required) job descriptions to facilitate the recruitment and retention of a qualified workforce.
Worked with the various Divisions regarding their recruiting, initiate recruitment procedures according to approved manpower plan and budgets and implement the training and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain relationships with newspaper, recruitment, search and advertising agencies to advertise vacancies and coordinate with them for sourcing of potential candidates.
Maintain a database of various recruitment sources (job portal companies, recruitment agencies, universities, etc).
Screened CV’s in compliance with validated job descriptions as per E&Y Policy & Procedures.
Arranged interviews with candidates and job owners.
Ensured compliance in initiating and conducting background checks, and completion of new hire paperwork; coordinate with the General Services Division to ensure that visas, employment contracts and travel related formalities of the new recruits are processed in a timely manner;
Ensure completion of all paperwork to fulfill joining formalities.
Education coordination
Lead and mentor facilitation of soft skill and foreign languages programs.
Plan training schedule and act as a liaison with vendors ensuring delivery of training.
Lead and perform presentations to new employees.
Responsible for charge back procedure of approximately $130,000.00 monthly.
Evaluate and oversee training programs to ensure firm’s goals and objectives are met.
Assist and direct internal clients with registration and approval issues on the Learning Connection.
Performance management coordinator
Facilitate the integration and alignment of performance management objectives and communicate to support operation accountability and execution of organizational objectives.
Work with system services and functions, business units and project team to identify and clarify performance objectives, align metric and HRIT systems, leaders and employees with shared directions and workplace priorities.
Oversee parts of the performance management process. Manage performance appraisal to ensure effectiveness in meeting organizational needs. Support the overall management and performance planning cycle, process and infrastructure.
