I graduated in a reputable University as a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, we studied about Programming language's, Technical aspect and Graphic Design using Photoshop.
I worked as a Customer service in a healthcare account. In Bluecross Blueshield, we handled a lot of customer who wanted to solve their need problems, some of those are in their billings, accounts, also their benefit information and claims or a bill from their doctor.
I also worked as a Technical support in a Gaming account. In Microsoft, we handled a lot of customers who would like to solve their issue when it comes to their Software, their games and applications. Also, if the customers have a problems in their hardware, Xbox console and Windows.
I am willing to learn more about the product and services so that I will meet the clients need and expectation. I am not a hard headed and always put a lot of space to grow and to learn. For career growth, I am willing to learn, learning is a never ending process. I need to learn in order for me to grow.
