 Vimal Kr. Agrawal Qualification 1. M. Tech in ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION (VLSI DESIGN specialization) from MALVIYA NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (MNIT), JAIPUR in 2008 with 9.23 CGPA. 2. B.E. in ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION with Honors (72.3%) from ENGINEERING COLLEGE, KOTA affiliated to UNIVERSITY OF RAJASTHAN, JAIPUR in 1993. HEAD OF DEPARTMENT Developed all required labs for all four years of BE course in department of ECE as per syllabus of UOR and RTU by procuring best equipments / software with proper planning and minimum expenses. Involved in selection process of faculty members and technicians for the department. Controlled more than 30 faculty members and technicians in the department. Guided so many students for their training, seminars and projects at UG as well as PG level. Day to day activities related to more than 360 students of the department CHIEF COORDINATOR (Admissions) Was responsible for all admissions related activities in the institute for Engineering and MBA both. Planned and implemented admission strategy effectively. Developed a network of market associates in different regions of the country to fetch more admissions to the institute successfully. Controlled and managed 40 to 50 team members who were involved in admissions and took their best for the institute. TIME TABLE COORDINATOR Planned and scheduled classes / rooms for all four years of all branches as per syllabus of UOR / RTU in the beginning of every semester to use resources efficiently. ASSITANT PROJECT OFFICER Worked under a scheme of COMMUNITY POLYTECHNIC, financially supported by MHRD, Govt. of India to setup the technical training centers in rural areas to enhance technical skills of unemployed youth. The work responsibilities included assessment, planning and setup the different technical training centers, hiring instructors and procurement of raw material for such centers. PRINCIPLE INVESTIGATOR Worked in a project MODROBS (Modernization and development of Digital and communication labs) financed by AICTE, New Delhi. OTHER ACADEMIC ASSIGNMENTS Teaching M.Tech. Classes of RTU and other private university and supervising M. Tech. dissertations. Center superintendent / examination supervisor in university examinations. Paper setter, external examiner and answer book evaluator for various exams of UOR, RTU and other private universities. MEMBER Inspection committee appointed by BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, JODHPUR to inspect newly setup ITI in Rajasthan for approval. Various organizing committee to organize different cultural programs/ seminars /workshops at college level. The responsibilities included were arrangement of tent, light, sound, stage, dinner, refreshments, seating, transport etc. Core team, campus connect program sponsored by INFOSYS at YIT. Purchasing committee to procure lab equipments for various labs of Electronics and other departments in the institute. Training and Placement cell at department level to give proper information and guidance to the students regarding various job opportunities available through campus recruitments. Associated closely with all activities related to AICTE inspection which starts from filling of progress report / Compliance report up to the final inspection. Organizing committee to organize TECHVYOM-2008, a technical fest at RCEW in which DR. A. P. J. ABDUL KALAM was chief guest. Very much keen in trouble shooting and data management. Well acquainted with all type of software installation and their operation related to Electronics and Communication engineering eg XILINX, MODELSIM, MATLAB, ORCAD, TANNER TOOLS, PSPICE, PCCAD, DIPTRACE, COMSOL etc. Very much interested in Software Development.
