I am a dental doctor with over 6 years of clinical practice and 13 years of extensive experience in content editing, development, writing, and management. For the past 8 years, I have been working with Grand View Research, a leading American market

research firm in Pune, India, where I serve as Editorial Head. In this role, I directly manage a team of seven editors and indirectly oversee a team of more than 50

researchers. My leadership spans the Healthcare, ICT, and ESG (Neoimpact) verticals, where I ensure that language quality and contextual accuracy are maintained. This role demands a high degree of strategic thinking and meticulous fact-checking. I have also developed and delivered tailored language training modules for the research team, 

catering to various levels of seniority, to enhance language proficiency and quality in research output. As part of the Product Development (PD) team, I also train the new recruits in writing collaterals and reports.

My content-related experience includes editing online content, manuscripts, research 

papers, journals, PPT presentations, infographics, ESG reports, report descriptions, articles, eLearning material, and market research reports, which involved up to level 3 copy editing and proofreading. My expertise spans many subjects, with a strong focus on medical and scientific topics. As a medical editor, I have worked on diverse fields, such as gastroenterology (Macmillan), pharmacology & pharmaceuticals, hypertension, molecular biological analysis, molecular pathology in clinical chemistry, plastic surgery, cancer, general surgery, genital disorders, dermatology, pathology, 

veterinary medicine, women’s health, sexual health, and endocrinology, as well as helped develop the entrance exam series for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS/Elsevier; Amgen/J&J/Lyva Labs/Zoetis). Moreover, I have experience with 

nonmedical subjects, including aerodynamics, psychology, humanities, chemistry, 

physics, and the textile industry, with clients like Taylor & Francis. 

Apart from managing a team of editors, in my current profile, I work under tight deadlines, editing between 10,000 to 15,000 words daily (Level 1 to 3)
