Elisha is a result-oriented Program Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Researcher with over 10 years continuous active work experience in Program design, effective Program Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Knowledge Management, Organizational Capacity Assessment/Building, Strategic Partnership and Networking. He has led several processes of designing and implementing MEAL Initiatives of Global Fund for HIV/TB/Malaria, USAID, FCDO and GiveWell supported projects in Nigeria.
Elisha holds a Master of Health Economics and Master of Information Management and Most recently completed master’s in international public health. His ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a profitable outcome has proven to be one of His greatest assets. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Teachers Registration council of Nigeria, and an alumnus of the British Active Citizens Program.
Elisha has passion for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Initiatives geared towards achieving sustainable social impacts. His hobbies are Reading, Travelling and Tennis.
