My career has been in the photography business. I have been a photographer as an employee and eventually as a business owner. Owning the business required I manage both inside staff and outside staff including photographers and direct salespeople in multiple states. I generated weekly payroll, troubleshoot and repair IT issues as they arose in the office and tracked and reimbursed photographer travel expenses as they occurred.
