I am a trainer and an instructional designer. I've worked with clients from different industries, such as telecommunications and healthcare from New Zealand, Australia, and the USA.

I design to accommodate the learning of adults in a corporate setting, be it a traditional classroom setting, digital learning, or blended solutions. I am an expert and familiar with some of the industrial design applications, such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Mlevel, Canva, and MS Powerpoint. I also manage knowledgebase and LMS and am familiar with Lighthouse and Litmos. I am also knowledgeable about the use of CRMs like Siebel and Salesforce.

My work as an Instructional designer allows me to be creative, flexible, and fast-paced as I have to learn new pieces of information and transform them into learning materials in a short amount of time.

I am also a conversation designer building AI BOTs for learning purposes.

I have knowledge of graphic design applications like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
