As Admin & Accounting Assistant in an educational institution, I managed encoding of invoices and processing of disbursements to suppliers, handled telephone and email inquiries from parents, created academic calendars and schedules for students and teachers and managed school events. I also served as the Assistant to the School Head, thus, I assisted her with the day-to day operations of the school as well as with some of her personal transactions. Because I introduced a monitoring system of data, easy-to-use templates and online arrangements, we were able to save on manpower.

As Sales Consultant and later Executive Assistant in real estate companies , I brought in sales of around 5% of a company's property inventories and actively participated in the documentation works for securing financing for a firm's projects.
