What a blessed opportunity…I humbly present a brief vita that offers an introduction resulting from a life-changing, yet, confirmed decision. I am aggressively seeking gainful employment as an executive manager in the corporate sector. I am experienced in assessing and creating organizational goals leading to visible quantified results. My forte’ is motivating an inclusive team and transcending organizational core values into reality. My wealth of experience in transformative leadership and my educational background (pending doctorate in leadership) positioned me as a viable candidate for a leadership position in corporate America. Within the fibers of thirty-five-plus years of experience in education as an administrator, instructor and consultant, dwelt the divine connection to the innate awareness of corporate America’s similarities. This innate awareness postured life-changing opportunities and singed an inherent passionate desire to provoke change. Through this passion, I rallied stakeholder statewide support in Georgia, Arkansas and Mississippi that illuminated awareness of the plight of children. I created a model school that was accredited and one of the first “Georgia Special Needs Voucher” schools. After creating solid internal structures for Lighthouse Christian Academy, an accreditation from the Georgia Accreditation Commission with an award of “Highly Qualified” was rendered. Subsequently, creating a STEM school model (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) that propelled the ACE model to elevated levels of recognition manifested by successful formal quantitative results, and international awards at the ACE Student Conventions. Also, I created a successful charter school model that was a pivotal facet in the charter school progression in the state of Georgia. As an educational entrepreneur with a collective thirteen years of experience in the school choice movement, as a consultant to educational entrepreneurs/schools of choice (public charter and private schools), and as a viable force in the progressive movement of schools of choice, I am passionately connected to organizational management that leads a team of stakeholders to organizational efficacy. Summarily, my current intent propelled me to maximize my experiences from the educational realm and seek employment in the corporate realm as a corporate executive. Eminent to this inherent passion was emblazoned a reality infused in a personal career goal “…to set precedence within corporate environments by rallying stakeholder support, creating power-points of efficacy through tenets of transformational leadership, and maximizing potentials while minimizing discrepancies that leads to successful quantifiable results!” This personal career goal embodied the core values pivotal to an organization’s continued moderation, institutional accreditation, and stakeholder transformation. In retrospect, my extreme passion was to utilize a wealth of education and experiences in an engaging, empowering, and impassioned commitment for leading an inclusive cadre of stakeholders! Salubrious to this executive introspection, this opportunity to share aspirations and continue forward progression with this dialogue elevates the opportunity for future collaborations of success. Conclusively, I am indeed grateful for this opportunity to continue this journey as a viable force in your corporation!!! Excitedly, I anticipate your immediate response to my request. May the wealth of our common love for excellence continue to enrich, empower, and educate us all as we “lay a firm foundation in corporate America!” Sincerely… Doris Y. Beasley Doris Y.
