Starting from writing the job description, to interviewing the candidates and making offer negotiations, I make sure it is as efficient as possible.

In HR Administration, I am responsible for the operational task which can define the business integrity. Some of the areas of specialty are; policy formulation, personnel management, management of employees, and following the standard employment laws and regulations. Another strength of mine is the understanding of how to make adjustments in order to improve HR operations and benefits for the employees and the management.

Employers know what they want in a candidate, and that is why I am particularly good at writing resumes that capture the best in a person. My resume writing methodology is always tactical and individual based on the professional background of the person and his/her objective.

I am interested in people development; this is through training courses that can help employees improve in their job positions. I am convinced that learning is a fundamental process that has more significance in both personal and organizational development, that is why I make it my business to ensure that the programs I design are effective, interesting as well as relevant to the company.
Additionally, I do great working remotely, and can hold myself accountable without people making sure I am putting in a hard days work. With strong self-motivation, time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure I feel comfortable in a remote role because it guarantees tasks are always done on time at best.
