Perform CPR only when indicated. If no pulse can be felt, CPR may be started. CPR is always
accompanied by rescue breathing. If available, two persons should perform rescue efforts for the victim;
one should give rescue breathing while the other performs external heart compression.
Five compressions should be given for every one ventilation. If only one rescuer is present, 30
compressions should be given for every two full breaths.

can be SAFELY applied.
Voltage Classification
Voltages are classified as follows:
Extra Low Voltage (ELV) = Sub-zero voltages – 70 Volts
Low Voltage (LV) =
> 70 Volts – 600 Volts
Medium Voltage (MV) =
> 600 Volts – 33 kV (kilovolts)
High Voltage (HV) =
> 33 kV – 220 kV
Extra High Voltage =
> 220 kV – 750 kV
Ultra-High Voltage =
> 750 kV

CONCLUSION
CO.NAMEREMOVED Safety Policy in Summary:
No schedule is of such consequence, no customer or job so important, no command/instruction is so
urgent, that we cannot take the time to work safely. (Adopted from JPS Safety Policy in a nutshell)
Hence CO.NAMEREMOVED management and team members, as well as contractors, clients and other
stakeholders and partners are encouraged to keep the following *slogans/expressions in mind and
apply them to our daily work:
1. Safety is no accident - we have to be deliberate about maintaining safety
2. Stop! Think! Then Act! – Not all hazards and dangers are obvious nor intuitive, that why we
must employ and train competent experts
3. Leave sooner, drive slower, live longer – Defensive drivers avoid rush and speeding. Zero
tolerance must be exercised against drivers who speed or fail to comply with proper driving
practices
37 | P a g e
4. Your good health is your greatest wealth – Employees and all stakeholders’ health can never be
compensated with any form of payment if it is compromised. Hence, we take our safety policy
and practices very seriously.
5. Be aware, take care – Based on the potential and prevalence of risk that may exist in our work
environment, we must keep focus and pay keen attention to the management of hazards and
risks
6. A spill, a slip a Hospital trip – Do not leave any potentially hazardous situation unattended.
Treat with all exposures immediately as they are observed
7. Never give safety a day off – Be always mindful and careful on the job
8. Think Safety, it doesn’t hurt – The extra thought to be safe is what helps us to avoid the
potential pains and hurtful outcomes
9. Don’t be a fool, use the proper tool – Professionals use ONLY the appropriate tools not
substitutes, so at CO.NAMEREMOVED we require employees to use and care for assigned
tools, and keep personal tools in excellent condition
10. Accident Prevention, our #1 Intention – Our employees and other stakeholders, safety, health
and happiness are extremely important to us: as important (and in some cases more important)
as our productivity, profits, our business reputation and continuity as a business.
