I have 20 years of combined professional experience in Fast Food Restaurant and in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries. I worked as Team Member and was promoted to Assistant Store Manager and worked abroad (Saudi Arabia) for a Supervisor post in a new food/restaurant company. I have been fortunate for the opportunity to grow and learn more aspects and in-depth knowledge of the company products and Business processes. I previously worked for 9 years in BPO for Telus, a telecom company in Canada. From Back Office work I was transitioned and provided customer support via Chat and Voice, offered products & services and other related tasks.
