I have been in the BPO industry for almost 9 years. I had once handle the position of Shift Lead role back in Comodo Philippines but it was a short stint because the account was pulled out in 2016 and at that time we don't have any other project where our managing director can be able to transfer us so instead of waiting for so long, I decided to leave the company in April 2016.
Prior to my stint with Comodo, I had previously handled a technical support representative role in Alorica for 5 years and 4 months. I also handled a technical support representative level 2 in Sykes Asia for TrendMicro. I was also an IT Helpdesk for one year in JPMorgan Chase and Company but the most fruitful of them all was with Comodo because I get to sell the Antivirus software and also troubleshooting it whenever I have the chance to remote access the computer.
