I am a results-driven freelancer that commits to satisfy the needs of my clients. I believe that learning is an everyday process and love the challenge of interacting with different people and learning new things in every interaction. I am hardworking, a team player, adaptable, flexible and have good interpersonal skills.

I worked as a customer service and a technical support representative for various Business Process Outsourcing companies for 5 years that cater to telecommunication services from Sprint, Tracfone, Telstra, and Optus. I was an appointment setter and a lead generation/data mining specialist for a year. At the moment, I am currently working as a transcriptionist as a part-time job. I love to shop online on Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Shopify, and some local online shopping sites. In my free time, I manage local events for a non-government organization. I was in charge of running the political campaign of certain family members and friends.

I am flexible with working hours and willing to do a 40 hrs/wk work or more depending on my clients need. With online tools, I use Google tools such as Gmail, Google Hangouts, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google spreadsheets and apps like Skype, Whatsapp, Viber, Instagram, Facebook, etc.. I also use MSOffice, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
