Hi, I am Donnabell Dayuday. Working in a call center agent for about 5 years molded me to become a much better person. I worked as a customer service representative at Qualfon Dumaguete for 5 years. I handled different accounts and worked as a Refund Manager, Technical Representative and handled Managerial calls. Aside from my worked at Qualfon, I was also hired as a homebased sales agent to a couple of companies namely: Insurancetell, MRIlive and Trade360. I have been doing this homebased job for 2 years already. My experienced as a call center agent and a homebased sales agent boost up my personalities as a person. I love interacting with customers whether they are cool or irate. I want to give my best to them because I wanted to make a long term relation with my client. My objective is to provide 100% accurate service to my client and give my client full satisfaction. I am a hard worker, well-rounded, honest and very dedicated to my job.
