I am Donna an Industrial Engineer by profession currently working as a part-time online English teacher and with previous Virtual Assistant experience. Just to let you know I am ready to work and get hired ASAP!!!! Hire me and I will definitely do my best with the task that you need.

Let me first give you a short background of my work experience.

Currently, I am working as a Part-time Online English Teacher for about 4 years. I conduct 25 min English lessons with mostly Japanese and Korean students, after which I provide them with their lesson notes.

I also worked as a Business Improvement VA for an Australian Company. Major projects that I helped see to completion were a reporting and documentation project for the Sales department and a database review project for the Supply Chain department. I was also assigned to improve and provide a training manual for the Sales Customer Support Team by creating a detailed process workflow of the different tasks and programs used by the team.

I previously worked as an Engineer for a Japanese Manufacturing company for 9 years. I successfully created, maintained, and improved procedural manuals and quality documents, technical reports, and standard operating procedures for both actual product assembly and various operating systems procedures. The documents I created and maintained are used for training purposes and ISO Documentation.
