ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE, FRONTRUNNER FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY
I customize my work to respond to the unique requirements of each accounting project. In
many cases, I am very much involved and active in the daily management of the business and
serves to relieve the onsite manager of a significant burden. It is the client's prerogative to
identify which functions would be best handled virtually/offsite and which ones would be best
kept onsite in order to maintain controls. Some of these tasks, include:
o Bookkeeping - daily, weekly or monthly posting of transactions to the client's
accounting system
o Bank Reconciliations - monthly reconciliation, posting of non-trade banking
transactions, disputing bank charges
o Accounts Receivable management - includes recording and sending out customer
invoices, posting credit adjustments and payments and soft collections
o Accounts Payable management - includes receiving and validating invoices from
suppliers and vendors, disputing incorrect charges and requesting for credits, posting
transactions to the books, communicating with the vendors for payment advisory and
disputes, disbursements of payments
o Job Cost Accounting - keeping track of the profitability of projects and determining
standard costs for succeeding jobs
o Payroll - timekeeping, organizing, generating and maintenance of personnel files,
disbursements of payments, on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel
o Maintenance of files & documents and accounting records
