I’m graduated with the Bachelor of Elementary Education in Philippines. I’ve been working for 30 years in different prestigious companies. I worked as Teacher, Senior Secretary and currently working as Document Controller/ Administrator Coordinator here in Kuwait. My duties and responsibilities are :

  • Receiving and sorting incoming letters and all documents related to Project from Contractor, Subcontractor and Suppliers
  • Distribute the received incoming letters and all documents to all Manager and Project teams via e-mail.
  • Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
  • Distribute project related information with all levels of the Project team and potentially external parties.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Updates the registry log for easy traceability of project team.
  • Keeping documentation safe and backed up as needed.
  • Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as needed
  • Handling and replenish Project petty cash.
  • Handling and process Material Request Order, Material Transfer Request and Labor Hired Request as required.

I’m expert in using the Microsoft Office like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have a knowledge and experience using ERP ORACLE System and Resident Management System (RMS). Systematic and well organized in filing documents using electronic database. Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. Can handle multi-tasking and can work under pressure with accurate information. Fast learner, flexible and adaptable to manage a range of different tasks.
