Sourcing qualified candidates through internet (job portal site) referrals, walk-in, and universities
Administering psychological/mental ability exams and interviews the candidates for the position
applied/qualified. Send the applicants file for pooling if there are no vacancies fit for them yet
Shortlists applicants. Endorses shortlisted applicants to client representative for final interview
and selection
Conduct telephone reference check for the qualified applicant before deployment (as per clients’
request)
Issues medical referral slip and pre-employment requirements for candidates who passed the
assessment with the clients
Coordinates with our accredited medical clinic on the medical results
Receives and evaluates submitted pre-employment requirements
Schedules and conduct company orientations for new employees

request). Monitors the status of relievers deployed to the client.
