I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in headhunting, recruitment, and administration, complemented by a strong academic foundation in education. For more than fourteen years, I worked in various corporate and educational roles, with a significant portion of my career spent at Graham M. Coates Consultancy Management Group Corp., a headhunting firm where I honed my skills in executive search, recruitment, and client coordination.

At Graham M. Coates, I held different positions including Executive Search Consultant, Administrative Supervisor, and Executive Assistant for Recruitment. These roles gave me hands-on experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates, managing client relationships, and supporting the hiring needs of diverse organizations. Working in a fast-paced consultancy firm taught me the importance of attention to detail, persistence, and adaptability, while also developing my ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients. This headhunting background remains one of my strongest assets, as it has equipped me with a deep understanding of talent acquisition and people management.

After over a decade in the corporate field, I made the decision to return to college and pursue my passion for teaching. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English, where I also served as a student leader and earned recognition for my research and leadership. Currently, I work as a freelance academic consultant, assisting students with research, writing, and academic development. This role allows me to apply my organizational and analytical skills while helping learners achieve their goals.
