I have a vast experience especially in customer service. I worked for Microsoft Customer Support/ Microsoft Pre-Sales and Licensing. I also worked for British Telecom I took calls both inbound and outbound to discuss about customer's invoices for merged accounts or business accounts. I used to be with the back office team to deal with queries with high importance, gathered information from all departments within the company in order to have a case/query resolved. We will also liaise customers via email. We handled broadband, phone and mobile accounts. We need to close at least 10 cases per day.
Currently, I am an admin assistant of Lifestyle Ventures Limited. I am tasked to sort orders for printing and shipment from Amazon US/Canada, GroupOn, Walmart, Overstock and orders made via our system. I do drop shipping fulfillment, FBM, Logistics and Returns including Reshipment processing.
