I worked for several BPO's for 6 years. Handled customer service calls as well as technical support. I am consistently getting "wow" calls and kudos from our callers and because of that, I get 100% QA's. I am customer oriented and that is one of my best skill I always find ways for customer satisfaction making sure that I am able to answer all the queries that they have and find result to their issues. I also worked as chat/e-mail support for some time and since I am working from home, which is very fulfilling because I get to tend my children's need, work at the same time and being able to multi-task which make me more productive since I don't like my time to be wasted doing nothing.
