I have an experience in customer service, teaching, data management, and sales.
I began my career as a Customer Service Representative, where I honed my ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and maintain a positive customer experience. This role taught me the importance of empathy and effective communication.
Next, I worked as an ESL Teacher, This experience enhanced my communication skills and developed my ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
I served as a Data Manager and Administrative Assistant. In this position, I was responsible for managing and organizing data, and supporting administrative tasks. This role strengthened my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Most recently, I worked as a Real Estate Cold Caller/Property Management Assistant. .This job required me to reach out to potential clients, manage appointments, daily operations of each property, creating and maintaining spreadsheets about the properties, and maintain persistence in the face of challenges.
