I am a dedicated and hard-working person who believes in honesty and good working relationship with the client especially in this kind of platform. I've been with the contact center industry for almost 9 years now. I experienced handling calls, chats, email, data entry as well as telemarketing.

I don't have many projects here in Hubstaff Talent, because when I had my previous home-based job in another platform. I was a B2B appointment setter for an eLearning company, where I need to contact a decision-maker of the company to offer him/her to set an appointment with my partner salesperson.

I worked for an electronic signature company (SaaS) as a phone/email/chat technical support specialist, which is a web-based software. We're using Salesforce.com as our ticketing system as well as chat/email handling software. I handle escalated calls and was directly communicating with the Dev Team for complex issues. I also handle short training to new hires as well as to tenured reps for new product updates.

I also worked for an e-commerce platform, where I used Oracle as our chat/email handling system. During this period I also handle short training to new hires as well as to tenured reps for new product updates.

I am currently employed as an office-based Customer Service Specialist, however, I am very much willing to start anytime since my priority is to get hired for a home-based job because my office location is currently far from my house.

I have strong analytical and interpersonal skills that may further assist customer's issues and give them the best resolution the business can provide.

I am also skilled in Data Entry and Excel works. I also have knowledge of using other Microsoft Office software since I've been using it since the beginning of my carrier. If you hire me, you'll get many services at a one-time investment.
