Monitoring and Evaluation:

Facilitated the development of participatory results-based monitoring and evaluation systems for tracking program results and ASSESSING merit and worth of projects/program. The monitoring and evaluation system enabled management track the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, sustainability and impact of program interventions designed to tackle specific community based development challenges. I have also led, participated and supervised baseline and midline evaluations of 6 projects in which various participatory data collection 

methods were used to assess performance..

Database Management and Data Analysis:

I have five (5) years’ experience in designing and working with computer based databases, for

instance while performing monitoring and evaluation roles and responsibilities; I developed databases 

for data collection instruments used by program staffs which ensured timely data analysis to aid learning, decision making and accountability by management. Computer packages employed include; 

SPSS, Epi Info, MS Access and Excel. I managed the Health and Nutrition component of RWANU Online 

database hosted at Moroto project coordination office.

Research:

I have led social research assignments such as project on-going assessments - critical tasks included designing and pre-testing of data collection instruments, data collection –through questionnaires, 

focus groups, in-depth interviews and document reviews, survey processing before finalization and 

dissemination of findings by means of workshops, reports and also through websites. I am familiar with the use of the following statistical computer packages; SPSS, Epi-info, Stata and MS Excel.

In addition, I can ably conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative studies.
