What is my job as GCM (Game Comunity Manager)
-Provide ongoing expertise and guidance in delivering the best selection of tools, team, and processes to deliver the best
brand community possible for our players
-Develop, implement, and manage near, mid, and long term social media and community strategies, including products
supported by social/community, services offered.
-Manage cooperative coordination efforts with Marketing, Network, and Studio teams
-Build, develop, lead, and coach the Community Managers across multiple locations and functions (Beta testing, multiple
language cover, suggestion section, bug section, events, wikipedia/analysis, YouTube...)
What I learned in my years of community moderation is:
Community is your target market, treat it right
Negative feedback should be dealt with understanding
Community manager should hear out everyone, but follow his companys vision and not just blindly follow
community requests
Should be aware of most changes and the company discussion

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I started this kind of work as a hobby with leading clans in many games, teaching people how to play and giving them all
the support they need to be able to stay motivated and intrested in game and community.
With company Early Morning Studio I relized this was my dream job. The gave me opportunity and put me in charge in
discord and ingame chat to moderate and interact with people in the game "Vampire Fall Origins". In that time the game
had a community that was filled with unsadisfyed people and players passing by. Which changed since I was engaged with
it I managed to gain followers that were starting to support the game and believe in the company.
With time we dveloped a community of currently 10 GM (Game Moderators) and 20 staff members that are helping people
with my leadership and gaining groups of players that would cover area of: Beta, Bugs, Events, Support, Wiki, Whole game
analysis, Suggestions and so much more. With that kind of support, developers were fully supported by the community and
they had much less community pressure and much more game data feedback and information.
