I have over 20 year experience in e-commerce operations management. I was in charge of fulfillment, manufacturing, quality, inventory control, engineering, safety, administration and safety. I had 11 direct reports and over 300 indirect reports. I managed multiple fulfillment centers and a 3PL. I was responsible for continuous improvement in all areas and was a major contributor to company strategy and business development. I managed all logistics and materials contracts. I have strong communication and leadership skills. I was project manager of all our automation, efficiency and quality projects. I have researched and implemented dozens of automation projects that improved efficiency, productivity, quality, space management and density. I have a deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance, as we were a 50 US state registered pharmacy operation as well as organic and FDA compliant operation. I am very capable of leading cross functional teams as well as communicating with all levels of team members inside and outside of the operation that I work for. I have led the company culture team for many years, fostering a fun and exciting atmosphere of learning and enjoying. I believe in training and led a lean certification of our company that included every department in the organization.

I am a father of 5 and believe in a good work life balance. I currently live in France and the US, spending time in both countries every month. I am active in many sports and enjoy traveling in my spare time.
