I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry and a strong track record of delivering technical solutions across desktop support, network infrastructure, server management, and cybersecurity, I believe I bring the expertise and commitment your organization is seeking.

In my current role as Senior IT Technician at Techora (Pty) Ltd, I am responsible for leading complex troubleshooting tasks, maintaining secure and efficient network operations, and providing guidance to junior technicians. Prior to this, I held the position of IT Technician at Reddam House Helderfontein, where I managed a broad range of systems including 3CX telephony, Konica Minolta print solutions, CCTV infrastructure, and Windows Server environments. My experience is backed by a solid foundation in Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and various remote support tools.

Beyond technical proficiency, I am a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. I take pride in my ability to identify inefficiencies, implement strategic improvements, and support teams with clear communication and reliable service. I am also continuously developing my skills through current studies in Python fundamentals and ethical hacking essentials.
